So unlike many other CMS systems texting is a part of eZbloos core. We are all about speed and sometimes a text message is faster. However, there are rules that you have to follow. You cannot just be sending text messages to anyone out of the blue. You have to have a subscription set up for this. eZbloo took care of this for you. On your website you have a Privacy page and a TOS page. Also on the users account page there is a way for them to subscribe to text messaging if they wish. You can actually see that on this eZbloo site, if you are logged in go to your account page right beside logout on the top.
Setting Up Telnyx
The first thing you will have to do is set up a Telnyx account. Here is a video to help you do that.
After you get that all set up, then come back to your eZbloo application and enter your Telnyx information. The first 3 are.
- Your Telnyx Phone number
- Your Telnyx API Private Key
- Your Telnyx Public Key
You can get this information when you log into your telnyx portal account.It looks like this.
Then you want to enter that information in your options like below.
You may be wondering what that 4th item is, right? That is your Telnyx profile ID. You get that from your Telnyx portal account under verify.
